We are living in stress-filled times, the body absorbs this and effects all aspects of our lives, massage gives us the moments we need to decompress, necessary for well-being.

I am a licensed massage therapist, with a degree in Massage Therapy. I hold certifications in multiple modalities as listed below, inclusive of being a certified grief coach, death and birth doula.
